Clare took her first yoga class ever in 2007, completely unable to hold a downward dog for longer than ten seconds, unbalanced and on shaky muscles. Something kept pulling her back to the practice, whether it be the stillness of mind she felt, or the seemingly magic healing powers it had on her injury prone body, or even just the feeling of accomplishment pushing up for the first time into a handstand, Clare was drawn to the mat time and time again. 

Craving a deeper knowledge and wanting to share her passion, Clare knew she wanted to be certified to teach. In the summer of 2012, Clare received her 200RYT through James Miller Yoga in Des Moines, Iowa. She immediately began teaching hot yoga after training, loving the connection built with the clients, watching their progress, as well as her own personal growth. 

Now with 500 hours of training, graduating in January of 2014 with her 500RYT, and over 800 hours of teaching experience, Clare's knowledge of sequencing and flow can benefit anyone, from beginning to advanced practitioners. 

Clare also holds certification for teaching group classes with the TRX Suspension Training System and enjoys teaching partner based yoga classes.

Clare was most recently voted as one of 2015's Iowa Momentum Readers Choice Top Three Yoga/Pilates Instructors.
